Who we are

Lore Studios ("we," "us") operates thislorestudios.com, a service that creates AI-generated book-inspired art and video clips. Questions? Contact [email protected].

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign you in via magic link.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We store your subscription plan and a Stripe customer reference.
• Content you create: book titles and descriptions you enter, and the images/videos you generate and save to your Library.
• Usage data: generation counts used to enforce plan limits.
• Launch Package orders: questionnaire answers you submit so we can create your commissioned artwork.

How we use your information

• To provide the service (generate art, maintain your Library, enforce plan limits).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, order confirmations).
• We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run the service: Supabase (accounts, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), fal.ai (image/video generation), Anthropic (text generation), Google (book data), Resend (email delivery), and Railway (hosting). Book titles and descriptions you enter are sent to our AI providers to generate your content. Links to Bookshop.org are affiliate links — we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases.

Cookies & sessions

We use browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention & deletion

Saved Library items are retained per your plan's storage limits (oldest items are removed automatically when you exceed them). To delete your account and associated data, email [email protected] and we will process your request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

Children

Lore Studios is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
